Delicious with minor timing issue
The food at our anniversary dinner was outstanding, especially the ceviche bar. Dinner service started about twenty minutes behind schedule, but the staff recovered gracefully and dessert was on time.

Guests raved about the food
The grouper station and mojo pork were the talk of our wedding. Olivia's team handled 180 guests without a single hiccup, and the service staff were warm and attentive all night. Exceptional from tasting to teardown.
